There is a song which states, "when we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be." And it seems almost every sermon on TV and radio contains some references to it. Bible commentaries, such as Matthew Henry's, are full of such statements about our going to heaven,
Recently, a close friend prayed that God would correct him. Soon thereafter, he broke out in a grievous sickness from the sole of his feet to the top of his head. He felt like Job under the heavy hand of the Almighty. This man learned some valuable lessons. He received correction from God. How well do we respond to correction from Heaven?
No doubt there are many well-meaning Christian people, who have been taught, and therefore believe that Easter, Christmas and Sunday are Biblical institutions, established by Christ, and kept by His apostles, and hence are very sacred.
